By confirming a booking with Clear Lake Casa, you agree to the following 

Cleaning fees don’t cover dirty dishes left behind. Please clean all dishes before you leave. We recommend running dishwasher a night before so you can put all pots, pans, and dishes back in place before leaving. Please hand wash dishes on the day of checkout and leave them in the dish drying rack over the sink. 

Please strip the sheets from the beds that have been used and leave them on the bed itself. If you have not used a bed, please leave the bed made and don’t strip off the sheets. 

Cleaning fees cover up to 3 hours of cleaning which is normally spent in just making all the beds, vacuuming and cleaning all rooms, and cleaning the kitchen. So please try to leave the rooms as clean as possible to avoid additional cleaning fees being charged. Please remember that due to Covid we have to spend a lot of time in sanitizing and cleaning and hence we request you to leave the house as clean as you possibly can. 

All pillows, towels, sheets, etc. are counted after every reservation. Missing items will be charged to the guest. If you break a glass or a dish, please inform us. We don’t charge for one or two such broken items but we need to know so we can replace them for next set of guests. 

While we have tried to provide for amenities to make our little guests comfortable, not every corner of the house is child proof and we request parents to do a walkthrough of the house when you first checkin to determine which places are best for your little ones to hang about. Kids must be supervised at all times. The hosts are not liable for monitoring and use of any equipment provided at the house. Guests are liable and must thoroughly check all equipment and areas for safety of themselves and kids. 

Barbecue is complimentary. If gas runs out or equipment is malfunctioning, we won’t be able to provide help during the stay. 

Our family has lovely memories of Clear Lake Casa and we will continue to make more. We hope your family will also walk away with beautiful memories. We have tried to provide all we can to make your family feel at home so please treat Clear Lake Casa like your home and take care of it 

The community is very quiet and hence this house is not meant for parties or for very loud guests 

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am and during this time guests are requested to minimize use of outdoor porch and deck for loud activities. 

IMP: If we receive noise complaints and/or the noise detectors pick up loud noises for prolonged period of time, we’ll have to unfortunately ask the guests to leave early. 

Neighbors have dogs that might be heard barking occasionally 

IMP: Guests staying here on Sunday night will be have to place the trash cans at the side of the road as trash is picked up every Monday morning as early as 4 am
